After many years of restaurant ownership and beverage service, I've found that hosting and curating unforgettable events is my passion. Spruce Bar Services is a combination of my experiences, elevating beautiful events here in the mountains of Colorado! Pour, stir, shake and pop! Whether it's a house party or a wedding reception, rely on Spruce to produce divine drinks, with the highest quality of service.
2. Sommelier and Dinner Service

Pair Spruce Sommelier Service with your private chef to handle the wine and beverage side of your dinner party. Spruce will curate then serve a custom beverage menu and/or wine list with recommended quantities. This service also includes assistance with food service for your guests.
3. Day- of event coordination
Do you need someone to hand the clipboard to on the big day? I'm here to jump in and handle the details and schedule to make sure you can enjoy your day. Day-of coordination includes 2 30 minute consultations, a week prior review, a master plan checklist and of course the day- of coordination services.

Spruce specializes in all sizes of events from small to large. The maximum amount of guests is 150, which is serviced by multiple bartenders. Number of staff provided for an event depends on the level of service i.e full bar or just beer/wine and options such as plastic vs. glass.

Due to the unique nature of every event, Spruce will build you a quote within 3 days after receiving necessary information. The price depends on how large your event is, and what services and supplies you need. Spruce will provide the day- of service, coordination, mixers, supplies, and alcohol list with quantities. The liquor law only allows private beverage services to provide the mixers, glassware, napkins, ice, cups, straws, shakers, chillers, fruit, tables etc. and not the actual alcohol.
